Dr Kharya did his MBBS from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College, Jabalpur and DCH from Baba Raghav Das Medical College, Gorakhpur. Following this he did his DNB (Paediatrics) from the eminent Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.
